Our Walk-In Shredding Process

Visiting our Lake in the Hills location is quick, secure, and hassle-free. Here’s what to expect when you arrive at 3 Walter Court:

Step 1 CALL UPON ARRIVAL
When you pull into our lot, give us a call at 847-658-0400. A friendly staff member will meet you at your vehicle.
Step 2 LOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS AMS staff will transfer your documents into a 95-gallon secure locking tote, which holds approximately 8–10 standard banker boxes.
Step 3 GET YOUR TOTAL AMS staff will confirm volume & instruct you to call the office for payment.
Step 4 MAKE YOUR PAYMENT Once we obtain your payment information, you will receive an email receipt with your Certificate of Destruction.
