NAID

NAID® is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. NAID’s mission is to promote the information destruction industry and the standards and ethics of its member companies.

• NAID AAA- Certified for plant based destruction of paper/printed media, micro media, computer hard drives & non-paper media.
• NAID Toolkit- NAID has designed a tool kit for the purpose of writing information destruction policies and procedures. It allows our company to assist organizations that still do not have policies in place.
• CSDS- Launched in 2010, the Certified Secure Destruction Specialist Accreditation program was started to help promote and acknowledge an individual’s competency in a range of subject areas related to the secure destruction of information and other items.

NAID AAA Certification specifications are regularly evaluated/amended as necessary and service provider compliance is verified to ensure ongoing conformance with all known data protection regulations including The Privacy Act (Australia), GDPR (Europe), HIPAA, GLBA, FACTA, State-level requirements (USA), and PIPEDA, PIPA, PHIPA (Canada) in their relevant jurisdiction(s), as well as with related risk assessment, incident reporting and data breach reporting procedures and training as required therein or separately.

AHRA

AHRA which stands for the Association for Medical Imaging Management is the professional organization representing management at all levels of hospital imaging departments, freestanding imaging centers, and group practices. Its mission is to offer a complete slate of professional development programs through a comprehensive selection of educational conferences and seminars.

HIPAA Compliant

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) safeguards your Protected Health Information (PHI) and is enforced by the Office of Civil Rights. As part of the HIPAA final rule, Business Associates (BA's) are required to implement security policies and procedures including conducting training programs for all staff. All AMS employees attend HIPAA training conducted by a Certified HIPAA Professional earning a certificate after completion. 

NDTMA

The Nondestructive Testing Management Association was formed to provide a resource on managerial, technical and regulatory information critical to the management of NDT personnel and activities. 

ASNT

The American Society for Nondestructive Testing, Inc. (ASNT) is the world's largest technical society for nondestructive testing (NDT) professionals. Through this organization and membership, users are provided a forum for the exchange of NDT technical information, NDT educational materials and programs; and standards and services for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel.
