Certified Secure Destruction Specialist (CSDS) Accreditation Program The Certified Secure Destruction Specialist® (CSDS®) Program promotes and acknowledges an individual’s competency in a range of subject areas related to secure destruction of information across mediums. It is separate and distinct from the NAID AAA Certification Program, which verifies and acknowledges the ongoing compliance of an organization’s secure destruction services with established security and operational standards, whereas this applies to an individual.
AHRA Association for Medical Imaging Management AHRA which stands for the Association for Medical Imaging Management is the professional organization representing management at all levels of hospital imaging departments, freestanding imaging centers, and group practices. Its mission is to offer a complete slate of professional development programs through a comprehensive selection of educational conferences and seminars.
HIPAA The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) safeguards your Protected Health Information (PHI) and is enforced by the Office of Civil Rights. As part of the HIPAA final rule, Business Associates (BA’s) are required to implement security policies and procedures including conducting training programs for all staff. All AMS employees attend HIPAA training conducted by a Certified HIPAA Professional earning a certificate after completion.
NDTMA The Nondestructive Testing Management Association The Nondestructive Testing Management Association was formed to provide a resource on managerial, technical and regulatory information critical to the management of NDT personnel and activities.
NIRMA, the Nuclear Information and Records Management Association Since 1976, NIRMA has been uniquely qualified to provide guidance to commercial and Department of Energy facilities in the areas of quality records programs, regulatory compliance activities, electronic records initiatives, document management technologies, and knowledge management issues.
ASNT The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) is the world’s largest technical society for nondestructive testing (NDT) professionals. Through this organization and membership, users are provided a forum for the exchange of NDT technical information, NDT educational materials and programs; and standards and services for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel.
ASTM International ASTM International develops and publishes voluntary consensus standards for a wide range of materials, products, systems, and services. The organization works to improve product quality, enhance safety, facilitate market access and trade, and build consumer confidence.
Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Nadcap is a cooperative program of major companies designed to manage a cost-effective consensus approach to special processes and products and provide continual improvement within the aerospace and defense industries. It oversees an industry-managed approach to conformity assessment of special processes.
